Meet Jenny

Hi! I am Jenny Mire, the founder of The Rooted Truth. I am a daughter of the one true God, a wife, a mom of three, a sister, a friend, and today, I know who I am in Christ better than I ever have. Because of this, I am able to share my passion, knowledge, and experience with those whose paths cross mine. I grew up in the Christian Church but never understood the plans God had for my life until 2020. To learn more about my journey and life, head here. My prayer for you is that you will use this community to dig deep into God's promises and how He always fulfills them – understanding that it is all in HIS timing, not ours. I pray that you find peace in the quiet time spent with Him and wake up each morning craving His word as you fully seek and submit to Jesus Christ. Meet Lori

Hi! I'm Lori – also known as Remnant Rising on Instagram. I’m a wife, mom, and daughter of the Most High. Although I grew up as a Christian, it wasn't until God pulled back the veil that I truly understood the truth of "let God be true, but every man a liar" and how it applies to absolutely everything. I’m so grateful His truth endures to all generations and that He made a way for us to be part of His family. I've seen time and time again how His plan far exceeds our own as we trust and lean into Him-- it's what started this journey! I pray this study and community blesses you, and gets you to dive in deeper to His presence where your faith grows as you fully understand your role and authority in His kingdom. here at The Rooted Truth...

  • We believe that there is One true God, Yahweh, who is the Creator of all. He created all that is seen (physical realm) and all that is unseen (spiritual realm). He is the giver of life.

  • We believe that there is One God and He has chosen to reveal Himself as God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe the Bible (Old Testament and New Testament) is the inerrant, inspired, and infallible Word of God. The Word of God is the final authority on what is true.

  • We believe that man was created in the image of God and the sin of Adam marred that image, creating a divide between God and man.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is God in the flesh. Both fully God and fully man, born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life and was rejected and betrayed by man to be crucified and die on the cross. We believe He physically rose from the grave on the third day and was the ultimate sinless sacrifice (complete atonement) for our sins and those who believe in Him will have eternal life with God.

  • We believe that Jesus is the only way to the Father and that to have eternal life, one must have a personal relationship with Him. We believe that the gift of eternal life is free and one must accept this gift through faith alone. It is only by God’s grace that we are saved and not by our own works of the law.

  • We believe in the literal, physical return of Jesus to judge the living and the dead on the Day of the Lord of which has not happened yet. We are waiting for His glorious return!

  • We believe in the spiritual gifts from God that He bestows on His children and that once one is “Born Again” and receives the Holy Spirit, the Spirit can then work in the heart of the believer to bestow said gifts.

  • We believe in the sanctity of human life and that life begins at conception.

  • We believe that God created two genders – male and female. His Word declares the sacred union between one man and one woman in the sanctity of marriage.

  • We believe we are ambassadors for Christ’s Kingdom and are called to be the salt and light of the world in order to share the Gospel.

  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever and that we still see miraculous signs and wonders because we know that His power and presence changes everything.
